Returns

Since our products are food-grade and perishable, we are unable to accept returns once a delivery has been made. This policy helps us maintain the hygiene, freshness, and safety of our supply chain.

Replacements and Refunds

If you receive the wrong product, a damaged item, or an incomplete order, we are happy to arrange a replacement or a refund. In such cases, please email us at info@rapidinnovations.in within 24 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number along with a clear photo of the product and its packaging. Our team will review the request and respond within 2–3 business days. If approved, the replacement or refund will be processed promptly.

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel or make changes to it.

Refund Timeline

If your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited to your original mode of payment. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
